Sport Court Services

Proper planning including style, materials, coloring, sizing, and dimensions for your sport court installation will be done before any boot on the ground work starts. Materials needed for the job will be ordered in advance for a seamless install. 

Waatti Contracting will take the plans from the planning stage and start boots on the ground work. Our prep stage includes prepping dirt work needed for the base of your sport court. When dirt work is completed our professionals will form the sport court based on the planning provided in stage 1. During this stage it is crucial that everything is set level and square before the base is poured to provide a quality sport court foundation.

The base is poured with fiber reinforced concrete, creating solid foundation that will stand the test of time. During this stage our professionals will ensure that the concrete being installed to industry specifications (slump, thickness, etc.) The concrete will have to cure before stage 4.

Depending on the type of top coat you want applied to your sport court, this will dictate the process in this stage. For a squeegee cushion applications, two layers of resurfacer will be used to ensure a perfect surface and seven layers of cushion will be added. For rollout rubber mats, the resurfacing stage will not be needed on a new install but may be needed on sport court restoration. 

Coloring and Painting will be decided in the planning stage. Two coats of acrylic paint/sand mixture will be applied. Adding the lines to your court will be done with our lining machine. The lines will be painted on with a layer of primer and court paint for a proper bond to the court. 

In this stage we will install any fencing, lighting, and netting. For netting applications it is essential that you choose permanent netting or portable netting options in advance. Fencing and lighting can also be installed by Waatti contracting.
