- Equipment and surfacing are coordinated so footings, use zones, and edges align. We install poured-in-place surfacing directly; other surfacing types are coordinated per the specification.
What a Playground Installation Includes
A commercial playground install starts before the equipment arrives: layout of the use zones from the manufacturer's drawings, verification of grades and drainage, and locating footings. Receiving and inventory against the packing list matters because missing hardware stops a job. Assembly follows the manufacturer's sequence, footings are poured and cured, and the structure is plumbed, leveled, and torqued before surfacing goes in.
Because the manufacturer's instructions and the project specification govern the work, we do not claim a single method fits every playground. The proposal states the equipment, the site work included, and how surfacing is handled.

New Playgrounds and Equipment Replacement
For a new playground we coordinate with the owner's designer and the equipment representative on layout and sequencing. For a replacement, we evaluate the existing site, surfacing, and footings, remove and dispose of old equipment as specified, and confirm whether the existing base can be reused.
Where a specification calls for a post-installation audit or inspection, we coordinate it and price it separately. We do not certify our own installations; that is the role of an independent inspector when the owner requires one.
Warranty and Manufacturer Terms
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty under the manufacturer's conditions. Our written workmanship warranty covers our installation and is stated in the signed proposal; the default is one year, and certain options carry different terms. The signed proposal controls.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply the playground equipment or just install it?
We primarily install equipment the owner has purchased from a manufacturer or representative. We can also coordinate with a representative if you have not selected equipment yet. Ask us how you would like to handle procurement and we will structure the proposal to match.
Can you install equipment purchased through a cooperative purchasing contract?
Yes. Many public owners buy equipment through cooperative contracts and hire the installation separately. We work with the manufacturer's representative on delivery and drawings.
Do you install safety surfacing too?
Yes. We install poured-in-place rubber surfacing directly and coordinate other surfacing types per the specification. Requesting both scopes together simplifies sequencing.
Are your installations certified?
We install to the manufacturer's instructions and the project specification. Independent inspection or audit, when the owner requires it, is performed by a third party and coordinated as a separate item. We do not self-certify.
How long does a playground installation take?
It depends on the size of the system, footing cure time, weather, and surfacing sequencing. The schedule is stated in the proposal.
